This is my version/mod of the Royale theme from MS. There will be a fiew tweaks coming up, but for the most part, I find it to be complete. 
Update: New black color theme added, Black Graphite. Full and Compact start menu's included.
Update 2: Fixed some minor bugs, the shine on the task bar is now level with the start button.

If you added black scrollbars, my love for this theme would be renewed ten fold.
But how do I install this theme? (I am using windows xp sp 2) I put everything in the window\resources\themes folder properly and nothing shows up in the appearances dialog - can you please include installation instructions?
but where is the BlackRed theme i see on the screenshot?
i only get BlackBlue and BlackGraphite...
i'm using the black graphite 1 n it's slick (altho it looks like a really really deep blue not black?) n mind u this is 2 days after inspirat se was released..
curious what the winamp plugin is tho?

It keeps the clean look of the windows. Only the main part are skinned which keeps it very readable.
The parts that are skinned are very well done. My favorite goes to Black/Blue
